For some time now, we’ve had a Code Samples page on Nutanix.dev. On Monday this week, however, we relaunched the code samples page with an updated layout and new look/feel. This new layout and overall appearance should make finding code samples much easier than before.
In addition, the site search bar under the main header will include the code sample library in your search results. Finally!
Here’s what the Code Samples page (link opens in a new window) looks like now:
As I write this, the new Code Samples page includes samples for the following languages/scripts, each of which is easily accessible by appropriate links at the top of the page:
- Python
- Bash Shell
- Microsoft C#
- Microsoft PowerShell
- Go
As you access each code sample, additional detail that wasn’t available before will be shown in a dedicated sample page. Here’s an example:
More languages and scripts will be added over time. The primary reason for this as we’ve also got a 2-stage drive for getting more code samples onto Nutanix.dev. Any Nutanix team members can now submit code samples and, coming shortly, our community (that’s you!) will be able to send us code samples to be published on Nutanix.dev. More on that later!
Hopefully this quick post helps you find the growing collection of Code Samples on Nutanix.dev.
Thanks for reading and have a great day! 🙂
