.NEXT is right around the corner, taking place May 7-9, 2019 in Anaheim, California. For those developers attending the conference, be sure to attend Developer Day on May 7. After lunch at Developer Day, we will be hosting a panel discussion with Nutanix customers to share their first hand experience working with and using Nutanix APIs and Calm for their everyday business needs to keep their organization running smoothly. Below is a brief look at our panelists and moderator and the topics they will be discussing. This is the time to learn new best practices, find out about the ‘gotcha’ moments they experienced and how they were able to solve some common business problems you too may face.
Bennett Roller - Senior Systems Engineer, Large Entertainment Software Company

Ben's team has been using Nutanix for a long time, building tools with the Nutanix API doing things before Prism could. Ben will be sharing some stories of his teams journey to automate and run their data centers.

Vermont Information Processing has been providing business solutions to beverage wholesalers since 1972. Vermont Information Processing is based in Colchester, Vermont and employs over 200 people. There are 395 distributors using the VIP Beverage System throughout the country. Joe has recently brought Calm and automation with Nutanix APIs to their systems, and will be sharing with us how it has been to work with.

Monica Kumar - Senior Vice President, Product and Solutions Marketing, Nutanix

As Senior Vice President of Product and Solutions Marketing, Monica drives the global go-to-market engine including strategy, messaging, thought leadership, category creation campaigns, sales programs and enablement. Monica started working at Oracle in 1997 and her most recent role before joining Nutanix was Vice President of Oracle Cloud Platform Marketing where she led global product marketing for the company’s flagship data management portfolio, including Autonomous Database. Monica holds a B.E. in mechanical engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology India and an MBA from San Jose State University.
